Administrator, Home-Start Exeter and East Devon
16 hours per week

An experienced administrator with enthusiasm and initiative is required to manage the office and media profile of HomeStart Exeter and East Devon. 16 Hours a week at spine point 17 (approx £7,500 per annum)

As a member of a small team you will need to be self motivated, share the ethos of the charity and be happy working solo.

Balloons are looking for volunteers to become Grief Support Workers. 

Their team of Grief Support Workers are a multi-skilled group of individuals who are dedicated to providing a proficient, flexible and community-based support programme, for grieving children, young people and their families. Balloons' philosophy is to advocate the importance of openness, truthfulness and involvement around death in order for families to function at their best ability. Grief Support Workers assist age-appropriate and productive communication between carers and the young people they support through an array of services.

DO SOMETHING AMAZING! VOLUNTEER WITH Circles South West to protect children, young people and vulnerable adults from sexual harm

Circles South West helps the Police and Probation to make your community safer by holding to account offenders convicted of sexual offences. Circles of four or five Volunteers work with an offender, meeting them on a regular basis to monitor their behaviour and support their reintegration into the community.

Circles' Volunteers are from all walks of life. They are emotionally stable and approachable people who have a mature outlook. They combine an empathic approach with the ability to maintain firm boundaries.

To equip you for this challenging and very rewarding role, you will have full training, ongoing professional support and expenses reimbursed. We particularly welcome applications from men who are currently under-represented.
